City Clerk

The city clerk is appointed by the city manager and shall have all the powers and duties prescribed by law or ordinance.

Responsibilities

The city clerk shall have custody of and be responsible for all books, papers, maps, and records belonging to the city and shall perform all other duties that may be prescribed by ordinance.

Divisions

The City Clerk Department consists of the following divisions and is under the direction of the city clerk.
